Our story

GARG and Manocha Pty Ltd was established in Perth, Western Australia with a straightforward observation: too many local businesses were paying for strategy documents they could never put into practice, while the hands-on work on their sites and facilities was being carried out by operators with no visibility of the bigger picture.

We set out to close that gap. Our directors bring together many years of combined experience across business advisory, project coordination and licensed trade work — experience gained in real Perth boardrooms and on real Perth job sites, not just in theory.

Today, we specialise in two tightly connected streams of work. Our consulting practice helps owners and managers sharpen their operations, plan projects with confidence and stay on the right side of WA regulatory requirements. Our trade services team then carries out the practical work those plans depend on — properly quoted, properly scheduled and properly finished.
